Its that time of year where time is limited so our theme week is last minute christmas cards.
The good thing about the card I created is I started off covering a large piece of card with distress oxide inks in different tone of blue and adding some water splatters, now if you work on a large piece than you need then you will have plenty left over for more cards.
I then stamped some of snowflakes onto some white card whilst the inked piece was drying. I heat embossed the snowflakes with white embossing powder and then adhered the panel onto a light blue top folding A2 notecard.
Once the inked piece was dry I trimmed it down to fit and stamped the Let It Snow sentiment onto it using Black Ink and adhered this to the card.
To finish off I added some of the snowflake embellishments.
This card took around 10-15 mins but having the inked piece already there means any other cards I create using it will probably be even quicker.
Thanks so much for stopping by today, I hope I have inspired you to get creating some last minute cards. Don’t forget to share you Studio Katia creations with us on social media.
Also a little birdie told me there might be a new release coming very soon……
