It’s Kaja from Kajcyika crafts here today, with a card I made for my mom.
Take a look:
I started making the card by coloring the gorgeous Spring bouquet stamp. For coloring I used ZIG watercolor brushes. I love using them for flowers, since they blend super easily and they give an awesome result. I went with a red and pink color combination for the flowers and green for leaves. I die cut the bouquet with coordinating die.
Next, I used my paper trimmer to cut the bottom and the left edge of the colored image, since I decided to put a flower in the bottom left corner of the card. Insted of throwing away the pieces I cut off, I decided that I will put them in the right top corner.
I knew that I wanted to make a card for my mom, so I stamped ‘mom’ from Best ever stamp set on a piece of white card stock and fussy cut it out with my scissors. Then, I colored a piece of watercolor paper with the same green I used for the leaves and I stamped ‘you’re the best’ saying from a Jepanese Peony stamp set.
Next, I cut down a piece of white card stock to make it the same size as my card base. I die cut a rectangle from Dotted patterns set 2 directly in the centre and I popped the frame it cut out with some foam tape.
I used the same die from Dotted patterns set 2 on the piece of pattern paper, but I used the inner piece and I glued it directly on the card base.
Then, I glued everything else togerher using liquid glue and some foam rectangles.
The last thing I did, was to glue down some Clear round drops and that finishes up the card.
That’s it for today! Thank you so much for joining me! See you next time.
