Dear friends,

Last year has been a very difficult year for everyone. Studio Katia as a one-woman led company has gone through many challenges that have been overwhelming and difficult to deal with. Close to 200 packages got lost by postal services, keeping our products available for our customers became challenging as well, and keeping up with all the emails and messages was close to impossible for one person. This year wasn’t an easy one for any family, our SK family included. We know that all the interruptions and lack of clarity on what is happening caused a lot of frustration, and we felt that we owed some explanation to our wonderful customers and followers. We truly hope this note from Team answers some questions.

Our Team has taken a short winter break, but we are going to continue bringing you more crafty inspiration to keep everyones spirits high, even though the blog will work on a little slower schedule with fever posts, as members of our Team are also dealing with pandemic challenges in their lives.

We are so grateful for your understanding, your patience and continuous support! Without you it would be even harder to deal with all the challenges the pandemic has brought. We appreciate your patience and ongoing support as Katia and the SK Design Team are working to overcome all the challenges. We truly hope that this new year will be a much better one for all of us.

I was a little concerned when I didn’t see any new products in the last several months but am so glad that you are persevering! This is such a tough time and I have made a conscious effort to support small businesses and look forward to promoting and purchasing from you in the future! Anything I have bought has been of excellent quality and I’d hate to lose such a great business!

OMG! 200 packages! That’s insane! I am soooo sorry!!!! My Christmas Package for my family that I mailed in a PRIORITY Mailbox on the 18th (so it was suppose to be guaranteed to be there by the 22nd) didn’t arrive until January 4th… and my grandma passed away before getting the card I made her… if it would have been there on time… she would have seen it ;(
So glad to hear you aren’t closing and looking forward to new releases when you can!!!

I am sorry you are going through a difficult time. I have a question though… I placed an order on the 16th of January before I knew about any of this. I have tried messaging and emailing and have not gotten a response. Will I be getting my order or is it being cancelled and refunded?

I’m so sorry you have been going through difficult times, when I first read this I thought ok, that answers some of my questions about my order and thought I would give you some more time. My order was placed December 14th and it is still stating unfulfilled and nobody has answered any of my email inquiries on my order. If someone could get back to me in regards to my order that would be greatly appreciated 🙂
