Hi there everyone! Erum here with a new card. Today, I will use the A Cup of Thanks Stamp Set and alter it a bit to use it differently.
If you hopped along with us during the release, you must have seen THIS card of mine where I used the same stamp set differently by stamping the image again and selecting just the florals from the second image to add to my card.
This time too, I stamped the image twice. Next, I coloured just the flowers with Prismacolor pencils. After I was done colouring, I fussy cut the flowers out only and layered the two pieces in a way to build a floral bouquet.
I wanted all the focus on the flowers so I kept my card base very simple by adding fine black paint splatters and stamping the sentiment “Thanks”.
I adhered the flowers onto the card base with foam tape and in the end, I added a few, very gorgeous, Midnight Blue CrystalsĀ with the help of my new best friend the Studio Katia GlueĀ and the Jewel Picker Tool. This glue dries clear (and fast) AND it’s NOT glossy! This is why it’s my new best friend!
If I had not mentioned which stamp set this was from, you would’veĀ not guessed it at first glance. You have already seen two very different cards with this stamp set from me and the design team has made quite a few samples as well. A Cup of Thanks is quite a versatile stamp set! You need to add this to your collection STAT!
See you all soon lovelies! Thank you for stopping by.
