Hi there,
It’s Kaja from Kajcyika crafts and today I have prepared a simple floral birthday card for you!
Take a look:
I you are following me then you know that I have been really busy lately and that I don’t make a lot of cards these days, so when I actually make a card I make sure that I use a technique I really love. This time I went with watercoloring.
First, I stamped out a beautiful floral image from You’re so sweet stamp set on a watercolor paper. Then, I used my ZIG watercolor markers to color it in. I just love using bold colors for flowers, so I used pink for the blooms and green for the leaves.
Next, I die cut a white oval using the middle sized die from Nested ovals set. On top of the oval, I stamped a ‘Have an awesome birthday’ sentiment which can be found in Birthday greetings stamp set.
Since the colors used for the flowers are quite bold, I decided to put some light gray patterned paper in the background.
I positioned everything on my card base and glued it together using SK liquid glue and some foam tape. The last thing I added were some pink Nuvo drops that are the same color as the blooms.
Thank you so much for joining me!
Kaja

I love your card Kaja, great colours for the flowers. I hope you will next time put the Zig marker numbers in the post because I love this colour but I can’t find which one it is.
Thank you so much for sharing.
