The Power of the Alphabet Die Set:
As cardmakers, we are constantly on the lookout for new and innovative ways to elevate our creations. Alphabet die sets have become a staple in our craft rooms due to their ability to add personalization and uniqueness to every project. By having a range of letters at our disposal, we can create custom sentiments, monograms, and, as we will see today, exciting graphic patterns.
I carefully arranged the die-cut letters, a delightful discovery unfolded. Three letters – “H,” “B,” and “D” – had miraculously found their way together, forming the acronym “HBD.” It was like a sign from the crafting deities that this card was destined to be a birthday card.
I use both negative and positive die cuts to create different patterns for my cards. No waste! Also I decorated the first card background with a shienny gold sprinkles. I used CHUNKY SPRINKLES STENCIL – Studio Katia and gold glitter paste.
And the second card panel I decorated with shiny crystals – BLOSSOM SPARKLE CRYSTALS – Studio Katia. I placed them where the letter openings should be. I picked the matching cardstock for HBD letters.
