Confetti Shaker with Rowena

Hello crafty friends!! Rowena here! For my project today,  I’m using ‘Confetti‘ stencil and ‘Label Message‘ stamp and coordinating die. I wanted to create a fun background, using some rainbow colours for my shaker card.

I started by cutting an A2 top folding card and blending various distress inks (mermaid lagoon, picked raspberry, and mustard seed) to create my rainbow background. The stencil just adds a little extra to my background.

I used ‘Loops‘ creative die to create my shaker window and blended distress inks as well, in rainbow colours to match my panel. I added two layers of foam tape for extra dimension and various rainbow colour sequins, drops, and confettis to my shaker element.

Next I stamped my sentiments using cardstocks, once again in rainbow colours and  I used versafine black ink for even coverage.

Then I glued my all my sentiments on my shaker panel, placing them in wonky position to make it fun and whimsical. I also did the same for the shaker panel on my card.
