Hello everyone!
It’s Galina. Today I want to show you a fan way to use your background cover plate dies. I used a cute Polka Dot cover plate die to embelish a little cup on my card.
How I made this card you can watch here or on Studio Katia Youtube chanel.
Card details
I cut out a white panel using a large die from the Darling Ribbon Die set and I applied blue color Distress inks through the BUBBLES STENCIL.
I cut out a small red cardstock piece using Polka dot Cover Die and I stamped a cup from the CRAFTASTIC Stamp set on it. I fussy cut the red cup and adhered it on a black&white stamped image of cup and tools.
I cut out one more background using a medium size die from the Darling Ribbon Die set and velum. I foam mount all the elements on the card.
To create a sentiment I cut out a word Crafty from CRAFTASTIC die set and stamped two more words on a vellum using small stamps from CRAFTASTIC Stamp set. I stamped with Archival black ink and it dries well on the vellum.
I embellished the card with shiny pearls, I combined ARCTIC BREEZE PEARLS and BLUEBELL PEARLS on this card.
Thanks for stopping by!
Galina
