Hello crafty friends!
You’ll be seeing quite a bit of this new mini slimline release Gladiolus stamp and that’s because it’s truly gorgeous and a joy to work with.
I once again used the no-line watercolour technique to give life to this beautiful image. I used watercolour markers in muted greens, blues and a bit of gray to create shadows and to give some intensity.

Once the coloring was done, I used the matching die to cut the image. I also cut several other layers of plain thick cardstock and glued them together.
I cut a piece of thick white cardstock and inked one side keeping the same colour palette as the flowers. At the top of the piece, I stamped a sentiment from the same set.
Trimmed the panel to fit in a mini slimline shaker pocket, adhered the sides to the panel and added a mix of Sugar Glitz Discs and Crystal Discs as shaker elements.

I then adhered the image to the outside of the shaker pocket, this allows for a closer look at coloruing work.
This is a classic card but the shaker elements make it also fun. I hope you like it and that you take inspiration from it.
Thanks for reading and see you next time!
