Friends of Winter with Rowena

November 24, 2017 / CATEGORIES - Cards, CAS, Winter Holidays

Hi crafty friends!! For today’s card I wanted to share another fun and easy holiday card. I figured with the holidays coming, I could hopefully inspire you to create something similar or copy today’s project. So let’s get crafting!

For this card, I wanted to keep it simple and keep it one layer.

I started by stamping all the cute images from ‘Friends of Winter’ in copic friendly ink. I masked a couple of the images that I wanted to be in the front, the Santa and the snowman in this case.

You can totally stamp and mask them in any order that you like your card to be.

I then colored my images with my copic markers, choosing traditional Christmas colors.

I also colored the background with copics and I used a white gel pen to create that snowy look background.

I trimmed my colored panel and added foam tape for added dimension onto a top folding landscape card. I added a Merry Christmas sentiment from the ‘Sweet Holiday’ stamp set.

That’s it for me today! I hope you enjoyed today’s post and got inspired. Thanks for stopping by and happy crafting! Till next time.

Hugs,
Rowena
