Hi everyone! It’s Laura here, and today I am back with a friendship card I made using the Citrus Trimmings Clear Stamp Set.
I wanted to do some watercoloring of these beautiful images, so I heat embossed them with white embossing powder and painted them with Gansai Tambi watercolors.
I then used my scissors to cut along the top edges of my stamped images. For the lower edges I used the Darling Ribbon and Dotted Frames Creative Dies so that I could obtain two strips that would fit on an A2 card base.
With the same die in the Darling Ribbon and Dotted Frames Creative Dies I cut some Neenah Desert Storm cardstock and heat embossed the sentiment with white embossing powder on this panel. I then adhered it flat to my card base, and I raised the two borders with the citruses using some fun foam.
As a final step I glued some Studio Katia Clear Drops in different sizes all over the central portion of my card, and I really love the touch of light they give to the whole project!
I also created a video tutorial that will guide you through the card making process, if you are interested you can watch it down below.
And that’s it for today! I really hope you liked the card and enjoyed the video, and I hope I inspired you to create with the beautiful Citrus Trimmings Clear Stamp Set. Thank you all so much for stopping by, and have a great day!
