Hello again, crafty friends!
I’m back again with another shaker card for you today, using so many colorful embellishments from the shop.
Let’s get started!
I began by cutting and scoring a 4.25 x 5.5 inch card base and setting it aside.
I also cut down a 4.25 x 5.5 inch card panel and used the Bubbles Stencil to ink blend the background pattern, using various dye inks.

Using the Darling Ribbons and Frames Die set, I cut an opening on the stenciled panel that would be the window for the shaker card. I then turned the stenciled panel over, adhered a clear piece of acetate over the window, and then laid down foam tape all around the outside border of the stenciled panel.

I chose a few different sequins and pearls (Luminous Lavender, Dazzling Celery, Central Park Fusion, and Prismatic Sky) and filled the area that would show through the window, and then carefully picked up my card base and placed it over the window panel, pressing down along the foam tape strips to make sure everything was secure and holding together.

To finish off the card, I stamped, colored, and cut out two images from the promotional Easter mini-stamp set and then glued them on to the front of the card in the window area, along with a stamped and cut out sentiment.
Thank you so much for hanging out with me today!
Happy Easter and happy crafting!
Kelly

Kobi brought a smile and a laugh today. He looks pretty cute as a bunny, plus I love shaker cards. Well done!
