Hello everyone! Isha here sharing a floral shaker card with you today. I wanted to use yellow as we have daffodils in bloom and I love the bright pop of color somehow 🙂
I started by making a white top fold cardbase. I cut a mat layer and applied distress inks using the blender brushes. I really love these brushes as the end result is this smooth blending. I then flicked some white paint and let this dry. I stamped the pretty Floral Wreath using memento black ink onto a copic friendly paper and colored the image using copic markers. Fussy cut the image. Die-cut a circle in the wreath center and the mat layer. Adhere the mat layer to the cardbase. Adhere the clear acetate sheet behind the wreath. Apply 3D foam tape at the back, all around the circle opening to create a window. Put some Silver Fever Glitter to the center of the card. Adhere the wreath to the card. This will create a fun shaker card.
Take a white card and die-cut the word “HELLO”. Apply clear sticky ink and add WOW! embossing powder (Earthtone Honey) to it. Repeat this step twice to get a nice 3D effect. Finally, apply clear glitter embossing powder and heat set for a sparkly effect to match the glittery glitter 🙂 Adhere the word to the card. Stamp the sentiment and adhere below the HELLO. To finish apply a few Dark Sparkle Crystals.
Thank you for dropping by!
Have a nice crafty day!
