Hey lovelies, how are you all ? I hope 2021 is being kind to you all
Today I am sharing my latest card

Me and hubs don’t tend to do valentines but I think this year we could all do some extra love. I created the background using my Mission Gold watercolours and Prima Metallic watercolours and just had lots of fun creating.

Once fully dry I used the Shaker Heart die to die cut the heart out and also cut it out some Glitter Cardstock from Tonic Studios. I then added a sheet of adhesive behind the card and used the inlay technique. To finish off I die cut the main panel using Dotted Patterns Set 1 main die. I then adhered the panel to a slightly larger than A2 card and added a strip of glitter card along one side. For the sentiment I heat embossed this beautiful sentiment from the Lovely Bloom Stamp set and adhered it through the middle using foam tape. I then decided to add some Gold Crystals to add some extra bling and texture to the card.

I hope you liked the card and I have inspired you to spread some love this Valentines. Thank you so much for stopping by, I hope you have an amazing day. Stay Safe and Happy Crafting.

I truly wish you would spend more time FOUFILLING your PAID ORDERS! I ordered product on 1/5/2021 and it has been over a month and my order, Though PAID FOR has NOT BEEN FOUFILLED! (Order #SK71477) Not only that you have NOT responded to any of my MANY inquiries into what is going on with my order!!! Seriously, If you have no intention of honoring my order at least have the decency to tell me that and Refund my payment. If you intend to honor my order then PLEASE let me know trhat as well as when I can expect my order to ship!
Hi there, I’m just a designer so have no access to orders however there was a post made on the blog regarding orders.
Katia like others has been hit hard regarding covid including Canada post losing over 200 parcels which she has had to resend. She is also only a one person business with a young child so I’m sure you can imagine how snowed under and how much pressure she is under.
I myself have an order from Canada that I placed in December (not from Katia) that I still haven’t received and I’ve been told Canada post is struggling to catch up.
I do understand your frustration, and knowing Katia as a person I’m positive she isn’t ignoring anyone on purpose and you will receive your orders, I just think at a time when places are still on lockdown and the postal service is at breaking point we just have to wait things out…even if waiting for new craft supplies can be frustrating as we want them as quick as we can to create with.
I”m still waiting for an order placed on 11/7/2020. Same story as you. I have reached out and received no communication back. I just don’t accept the excuse that the owner is too busy and trying to catch up to respond to an email. This is her business’ reputation at stake and this behavior reflects to that. I have been very patient. But thinking I have to order Studio Katia from Simon Say Stamp in the future.
Christina, I am in the same situation with you. I ordered my items on 26 Jan and I have not heard from Katia at all. I wished she would at least have the decency to refund our money if she could not fulfill the order.
I second what Christina has mentioned above. I placed one order a month ago on 1/14 and a second order on 1/15 using the 25% off incentive I received after the first order. I have reached out on numerous occasions via the contact page, as facebook comments, emails to the blog and direct responses to the order confirmations. I appreciate that this is a difficult time for small businesses but it has been a month without any correspondence. Studiokatia.com indicated that there are delays but that orders are processed within 2-3 days. This is poor business practice, I am at a loss for what recourse to take here. I appreciate that the artists featured in this blog are not the business owner but somebody must have the means to contact them more directly and give us some indication of what is happening. I doubt very much that Christina and I are the only affected customers.
I second what Christina says above. I placed an initial order on 1/14/21 and a second order on 1/15/21 using the 25% discount incentive that I received after placing my first order. A month has passed since payment cleared without any updates being made to my order. I have reached out multiple times via the contact us page, facebook comments, replying to my order confirmations and even emailing the blog. I appreciate that this is a tough time for small businesses however this is simply unacceptable, and poor business practice. I regularly check studiokatia.com and although the website acknowledges that shipping delays are to be expected it also states that orders are typically being processed in 2-3 days. I also understand that the featured artists here are not responsible for our orders but someone within the team must have a better way of contacting the business owner so that some light might be shed on what is happening here. I am at a loss for what further recourse I can take here. I doubt very much that Christina and I are the only customers affected.
I can appreciate where you’re coming from but I placed an order 6 weeks ago and have received no response to any of my queries from the business owner. A simple email response confirming my order would suffice – an assurance that I will receive my orders. At this point I am concerned whether the business is still in operation.
Is anybody having issues with emails not being able to be delivered to support@studiokatia.com? I sent a final email yesterday and it has been undeliverable. I need to know if the company is still in operation or if I need to seek action from my bank.
Perhaps it is wise to seek action with the bank and hope to get our money back that way. At this stage I doubt we would be receiving any of our orders.
I wanted to let the other customers here know that I received both of my orders that I placed in January. I placed a third order last week which I have received today. It seems like things are running more smoothly now. I hope you all have received your items. Happy crafting!
