Good morning, Studio Katia friends! Rubeena here with a watercolored holiday card using Poinsettia Trimmings. Have you started on your holiday cards yet? This would be a great set to use if you enjoy coloring flowers.
I started by stamping the images on watercolor paper in different angles with black waterproof ink. Then I used my Daniel Smith Extra Fine Watercolors to watercolor. I added some green shadows around the images to give the illusion of greenery.
I stamped the sentiment using the waterproof black ink. I added some Iridescent Crystals in the center.
I hope you were inspired to create today. Thanks so much for stopping by! 🙂

Very pretty! the crystals really set off the poinsettias!
Absolutely gorgeous!
I like the loose watercoloring on the poinsettias, and how the dark background make the poinsettias pop.
This is so very pretty!

Gorgeous Rubeena, I love the floral Trimmings stamp sets by Katia, love colouring flowers. I have only one and have done a Halloween card with it and now I am going to try to use it for a Christmas card. I have to start with my Christmas card but every time something else is comming up.
I love your pink poinsettias. Thank you for sharing and have a nicy weekend.
