Hi there! Emily Midgett here with you today, sharing some pinkalicious roses! I’ve been reading the book series Pinkalicious to my kids before bed, so I’ve got extra pink on the brain haha! (I’ve always been rather partial to pink; really, who are we kidding?) I love pink flowers, especially. I realized that I hadn’t inked up the Kind Bouquet yet, so I thought I’d do a little pink no-line coloring with my Copic markers. Let’s get started with the details!

I began by stamping a corner of pretty roses from the Kind Bouquet with some very pale ink on some white, Copic-friendly card stock. I then used some pretty cool pink and sage green Copic markers to color the roses.

After I’d colored the images, I used some coordinating cool pink ink and my blending brushes to blend a bit of soft edge on the opposite corner. I love doing this; it makes the roses appear as though they are glowing a bit with a white halo!

Finally, I used the Happy set to add an encouraging sentiment to the front with some black ink. Simple, but easy to mail because it’s one layer!
Well, that’s all for my post today! Thanks so much for stopping by, and have a marvelous day!
