Hello evereyone!
Galina is here and for today I want to share with you a fun technique for making multilayered backgrounds. I created a spicy orange background for my pumkin shaker.
How to make this card you can watch here or on Studio Katia Youtube channel
I was playing with different distress inks. I applied them on the watercolor paper directly with the ink pad and sprayed with water. I dried the paper and repeated the ink smooshing a few more times.
I cut out a shaker window using a medium die from the Shaker Pumpkin Die set. I attached the clear acetate sheet behind the card panel and foam mounted it on the green card base. For The shaker elements I used green and orange sequins as well as Orange color Pearls.
I embellish the pumpkin with leaves and plastic flowers from LILAC BUSH FUSION sequin mix. On the card panel I added more gold and green pearls. I attached them with liquid glue from Studio Katia.
