Hi there,
It’s Kaja from Kajcyika crafts and today I made a simple easter card for you. My plan was to create a card that is easy to recreate, so I can simply make a few of them.
Take a look:
I started the card by coloring the Floral cross image with ZIG markers. For this particular version of my card I used purple tones along with some soft gray for the cross. I love coloring with ZIGs since you can use one marker and water it up to get sooo many different shades of the same color.
Once I had the cross image ready, I die cut the background out of a gray cardstock with a help of Half striped cover. As said, my plan was to create something really simple so I went ahead and glue the die cut down to my horizontal card base.
Next, I die cut a gray banner with the banner shape included in the Dotted patterns set 2 and I die cut it out of the same card stock as I used for the background. Then, I stamped ‘Happy easter’ saying from Floral cross set on top. To add some more detail, I added white border with my gel pen.
The last thing I added were some purple and light pink confetti from Rainbow confetti. I popped the cross and the banner up with some foam tape and the card was finished.
Thank you for joining me. I am now off to make many more cards of this simple design!
