Rowena here and I’m back with a fun and colourful birthday card using Spin-Tastic stamp and die set!! This set is so much fun and it’s perfect for any age. So let’s get started.
Since I love bold and bright colours, I immediately reached for my trusty distress inks! I die-cut a canson watercolor paper, using the largest rectangle die from the Darling Ribbon & Dotted Frames. I blended carved pumpkin, picked raspberry, blueprint sketch, and seedless preserves distress inks to create my background. I started mostly on the outside of my card base leaving the middle with less colour(ombre effect). I added a splatter of water for that distress look, as well as some perfect pearl solution for added shine.
Next I white heat embossed one of the spinner stamp onto a watercolor paper, then did some ink blending to colour my images. I used cracked pistachio, mustard seed, and seedless preserves distress inks. You can easily colour them with any medium you prefer but I wanted to make it quick and easy. Then I die-cut the images using its coordinating die.
I heat embossed my sentiment in silver, then I added foam tape on back of my spinner for extra dimension and placed them randomly around my sentiment. I added some iridescent bubbles and stars to finish my card.
I hope you enjoyed today’s post and thank you for stopping by!! Till next time!! Happy crafting.

Rowena
