Theme Week | Easter Cards – Day 4 with Galina Filippenko

March 15, 2018 / CATEGORIES - Easter Cards, Floral Cards

Hello everyone! It’s Galina. I want to share with you two different cards using one stamp set –  Floral Cross.

For my first card I die cut a purple and white panel using Dotted Patterns: Set 2.

On the inner pannel I stamped only floral corners of the Floral Cross stamp. And clored them with distress markers. From a dark pink cardstock I die cut a sentiment using die from the Spring Bouquet Coordinating Dies. And I decorated my card with Iridescent Stars.

For my second card I used same die set to create a mindow in my card panel. Iswde of this windom I stamped Floral Cross and colored it with distress markers.

I used small die Script Easter to create a sentiment. I cut sentiment twice, from yellow and green cardstock. Green one I used as a shadow fr my sentiment. To decorate my card I add few green drops.

Have a great day!

Galina

Supplies:

Galina, you’ve taken my breath away with your gorgeous cards! The first, using only the floral images (I sense that some interesting masking/stamping was required) adds to the versatility of this set. In awe! Your Easter card, with the image nestled inside the window, is stunning as well. WOW! Saving these for down-the-road casing!
