Here’s a small tour of my creative space! I’m really happy with the results. It’s missing a few personal touches, I haven’t decided what exactly I want to put on the walls.
This is the view as you enter! #iloveikea
That used to be a walk-in closet! I decided to remove the doors for easy entry. Now, not only I want a door but also a huge lock!!! Lev goes in there constantly, with his mini bucket! 🙂
Better View! It’s like a mirror image! With the “mess” 🙂

Inside of the closet.
This is I think my favorite part of the studio. My station! It was a challenge to find something that would fit perfectly and had drawers. Cube shelves are a HUGE bonus. I keep my stamps in white bins and dies in square clear containers (if you live in Canada you can get them cheaper at Winners and/or Home Sense). I also use the same containers to store large stamp sets (like Tim Holtz, My Favourrite Things, Altenew, stencils and background rubber stamps.)
I love this tray, it’s actually for make up but I like the handle. I can just pick it up and move it to the table when I need it. The wall container is from IKEA. You can look it up here. I store my ‘essentials’ like scoring boards, paper trimmer, foam tape, cutting boards, it fits all that. Jennifer McGuire.
Lastly is the desk area. Yes it’s a heater, and believe it or not, I use it in the summer too. Since the studio is in the basement, it can get cold. I usually wear a long sleeve shirt when I’m down here working. Lev’s got his own little desk.
Thanks for stopping by!
