Hello everyone, Rowena here and I am happy to be back on the blog with another ‘thank you’ card featuring Citrus Trimmings stamp set. You can never have too many thank you cards on hand…right? 😉
I did a bit of masking to create my card, you can use any masking paper you have on hand. I did some random stamping using both of the citrus trimming stamp set to create some variety.
I stamped my images using a watercolor friendly ink, for this one I used MFT cement hybrid ink. It’s perfect for both copic and watercolor as well. For my cardstock I used Tim Holtz watercolor paper. Any watercolor paper you have on hand would work as well, I just love how white the Tim Holtz watercolor paper compare to others.
Then I colored my images using my Daniel Smith watercolor. I colored some in yellow and oranges.
Once all the coloring is done, I splattered some watered down grey ink using a small brush all over for added interest.
I finished my card by white heat embossing my sentiment on a strip of black cardstock. The sentiment is from the same set. I also added a few clear drops to complete my card.
That’s it for me and I hope you enjoyed today’s post. Till next time and happy crafting 🙂

Rowena
