Under The Sea with Olga

Hello, crafters! It’s Olga Moss here with a fun sea card.

For my card I played with Under the Sea Stamp Set. I wanted to make a fun underwater scene, where children look out the window of the ship and watch the sea world. Doesn’t it look super fun? I decided to combine images from Under the Sea stamp set and children from the Paws For Kindness Bundle.

I started by preparing all details for the card. I stamped and colored stamps and die cut them out with Coordinating Dies.

The next step was to make the background. I ink blended it with Fossilized Amber, Frayed Burlap, Wilted Violet and Cracked Pistachio Distress Oxide Inks, sprinkled it with some water and watercolor paint. I die cut out a circle, inside which I stamped the boy and girl, placing them so that it looked as if they were looking out the window.

Next, I adhered all the details onto my card and heat embossed the sentiment in white embossing powder.
