Happy Monday, crafty friends! Today, I’m sharing the Valentine’s Day card I made for my son. I combined the Cactus Hugs and Potted Plants stamp and die sets, with the Stitch Borders dies.
The four cacti and the sentiment are from the Cactus Hugs stamp set. The flowers at the top right and the little hearts are from the Potted Plants stamp set.
I love customizing all of the little pots with the various faces. Since I created a grid on this card design, it was easy to heat emboss and watercolour them using the same distress inks.
I used the largest of the Stitch Borders dies to create the top panel and smooshed the same two colours I used to colour the pots with shimmer spritz to make it ultra sparkly. Then I used the tool ‘n’ one to remove some of the holes and adhered it to coloured cardstock to bring out the blue in the pots.
I repeated the sentiment, leaving a space to pop up the tiny hearts from the Potted Plants stamp set. Then I added an assortment of Seafoam Pearls with liquid glue and an embellishment wand.
Please visit me on my blog, Instagram and YouTube channel for more inspiration. Thanks so much for stopping by!

super cute Emily!
Cute cards. I have tried every way possible I know to reach customer service to check on an order placed 12/16/20 with no luck. Can someone please get in touch with me? Thank you
So glad I am not the only one having this trouble
I love this card it is very cute! I especially like the seafoam pearls. I really wish Studio Katia would send me the pearls I ordered over a month ago so I could have such beautiful embellishments for my cards
Order #SK71477
Placed on January 05, 2021 08:55AM I have not received this order. PER YOUR SITE THIS ORDER IS UNFULFILLED but I know that it is paid for
You can take time to respond to a blog post but not to tell me when my order of over a month ago will be shipped
Hi Christina, unfortunately our design team doesn’t deal with the orders. Katia is the only person who runs the store, takes care of orders and deals with customers. Sadly, none of us on the design team are able to help with orders in any way. I am so sorry!
Hi Liliya,
I appreciate that the design team doesn’t deal with orders but something is amiss here. I placed two orders a month ago and have not received any replies to any of my various correspondences. Someone within the design team should know if Studiokatia.com is still in operation. These blogs are serving as inspiration and promotion to purchase the products which are being paid for and not fulfilled.
I second what Christina says above. I placed an initial order on 1/14/21 and a second order on 1/15/21 using the 25% discount incentive that I received after placing my first order. A month has passed since payment cleared without any updates being made to my order. I have reached out multiple times via the contact us page, facebook comments, replying to my order confirmations and even emailing the blog. I appreciate that this is a tough time for small businesses however this is simply unacceptable, and poor business practice. I regularly check studiokatia.com and although the website acknowledges that shipping delays are to be expected it also states that orders are typically being processed in 2-3 days. I also understand that the featured artists here are not responsible for our orders but someone within the team must have a better way of contacting the business owner so that some light might be shed on what is happening here. I am at a loss for what further recourse I can take here. I doubt very much that Christina and I are the only customers affected.
