Hello everyone! It’s Galina. Today I’m sharing 3 cards featuring a little cute stamp set – Star Date from the Last Chanse section. Don’t forget to take a look at this section, there are a lot of nice deals and once they are gone they are gone.
How I made my cards you can watch here or on Studio Katia Youtube channel.
For my first card I decided to create a watercolor sea background with some extra dimension. I tried to create waves on the card panel. Using some watercolor markers I aplied blue and dar blue paints on the wet watercolor paper and blend them with a big amount of water. I dried the paper with a heat gun. Next I run the paper with DOTTED SQUARE FRAME DIE through my die cutting machine and I adhere all pieces on a blue card base. The main frame die cut I adhered using foam tape to create aditional diminsion on the card panel.
I stamped the stars and bubbles using Memento black ink. I colored images with a copic Markers and cut them out using coordinating dies Star-Dates Dies Also, I covered my stars with a liquid glitter using Wink of Stella pen. This pen adds a bit of shine on eache star.
To embellish the card I add white and blue pearls. I attached them them using Studio Katia glue.
For my next two cards I used this stamp set with a INK SPLASH STENCIL. I decided to keep them clean and simple and show other options with this stamp.
For the right card I cut out a white panel using the biggest die from DARLING RIBBON & FRAMES die set. I stamped stars on the right side of the panel and I colored them with a Copic markers. I applied a bit of Studio Katia glue on the bottom of the each star and covered them with CHUNKY SPARKLE GLITTER.
Next I covered some stars with a masks and applied different colors of Distress inks throughout the INK SPLASH STENCIL. To apply ink I used 3 blender brushes from Studio Kata they are perfect for ink blending with stencils.
For my last card I used a same blending technique, but this time I didn’t color my images with a copic markers, instead I added color on the stars with inks and stencil. I stamped and blended directly on the card base, so this card is super easy and fits perfectly an envelope.
That’s all for today.
Thanks so much for stopping by!

These are so cute!
Thank you!
These are really cute! I love the smiley faced stars and the splats.
Thank you very much! And the best thing you can use smile faces separately from the star with another stamps and images 😉
