Hello Everyone!
I am so happy to be sharing inspiration with you today again!
Everyone who knows me knows how much I like watercolour paint and pencils. And today I want to share two cards using Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolour paints. I like to make two cards ad a time using the same technique or idea, and today is no different, too.
SUPPLIES:
Together We Bloom Clear Stamp Set
Creative Squares Creative Dies
Creative Rectangles Creative Dies
The idea for these card was inspired by these sequins. And I thought it would be great to use matching embossing powder as well.
I decided to use Copper Fusion Sequins and Antique Gold Embossing Powder for the kittens background and Match Rose Gold Sequins with Rose Gold Embossing Powder for the flower background. Here are my stamped and embossed backgrounds. Since I was planning very simple colouring I used distress watercolour paper.
For the cat background I used Green #51, and to colour the cats: #20, #47, #33, #42 and #34 for the hearts.
For the flower background I used #64, and coloured flowers in #35 and leaves in #53.
Next I cut out the panels and some shapes inside them which I adhered on the foam to have them raised a bit. I also added some die cut words on top and matching colours of sequins
Now for close ups.
Thank you for being with me today!
